Accessibility

Accessibility at Timeless Trust.

Whatever you are using to read this, we want you to be able to see what we build and reach a person. Here is how we build for that, what the button in the corner does, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

The standard we build to

We build to WCAG 2.2, Level AA, the international standard for accessible websites, on this site and on every site we build for a client. On every page here: headings are real headings, so the page reads as an outline; images that carry meaning have a description and decorative ones are marked so a screen reader skips them; whatever you focus gets a visible outline; nothing plays sound on its own; and if your device is set to reduce motion, the background film and the animated examples stop on a still frame.

The button in the corner

It opens a short panel of settings: larger text, reduced motion, higher contrast and underlined links. Your choice is saved on your own device and takes effect before the page appears. It is not a third-party accessibility overlay. It does not change what a screen reader or other assistive technology gets from the page, and turning a setting off puts the page back the way it was. The work is in the pages themselves; the panel is a convenience on top.

What we know is not perfect

The example conversations on this site are illustrations. The sites we link to, such as book.timelessrides.us, are separate builds, and we test each on its own schedule. If you find something here that is not working, we would like to hear about it.

Telling us about a problem

Text (248) 988-0819, call (877) 822-4832, or email admin@timelesstrust.tech. It helps to say which page you were on and what you were using: a screen reader, keyboard only, zoom, a phone. A sentence is enough, and a person will answer.
