What we collect, and why.

What we collect

When you request a demo or text us, we collect what you give us: your name, your business name, your phone number or email address, and the messages you send. If you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as your IP address, browser and the pages you viewed.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare and book your demo, and follow up about it. If you become a client, to set up and run your Timeless AIOS install and your website. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

We text you only if you gave us your number and agreed to receive texts, or if you texted us first. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. See our SMS terms.

Who handles it for us

Providers that help us run the business process your information on our behalf: a messaging and CRM platform for texts and contact records, a payment provider for any payments, a hosting provider for this site, and an AI model provider that helps draft replies. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact with you or you are a client, and afterward for as long as we need it to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
