Daquan Shields founded Timeless Rides, a luxury chauffeur service in Metro Detroit. As bookings grew, he was driving, answering texts, managing reservations and keeping clients informed himself. Customers expected attentive, dependable service. Behind the scenes, he was stretched thin. The business was growing beyond what he could manage alone. A missed text at 10 PM was a lost booking, and a wrong charge was a lost client.
He founded Timeless Trust Consulting to build AI systems that protect that standard. He started with the work he knew firsthand: a concierge agent to answer customers and book their rides, a personal assistant to keep him informed, and a staff assistant to keep drivers on schedule. That work became Timeless AIOS, put to use every day at Timeless Rides.
He built it himself, and he studies each new AI model as it is released, so the system runs on the best one for each job.
Today, he brings that experience to other business owners who want to grow while protecting the service their customers came for.
