Timeless Rides

Timeless Rides is the business Timeless AIOS was built inside. The founder runs it and still serves its clients himself. Every gap the system had was found in real bookings, and each fix went into the system itself. Real card payments have run through it since August 2026.

What runs there today

• Clients text Zola, the concierge, to book. She quotes from the rate card, books the ride and sends the payment link.
• Payments by secure link, with the customer's yes before any charge. Receipts by text and email.
• Reminders before the ride and a review request after it.
• Drivers get the trip by text, reply to accept, and text when they are on the way, arrived and done.
• The owner gets the overnight summary and only the questions that need him.
• The booking site at book.timelessrides.us, designed and built by us.

On the first real payment request, an early version reported a client's payment link as sent when nothing had gone out. It was caught before the client was affected. That night became the rule "Sent means delivered", and every install now carries it.
